I have been using this Walgreens for ever eight years to pick up all of my photos and miscellaneous items and have always received great customer service. Until today.
I noticed that nobody was at the photo counter to help me pick up my photos so I walked over to an older woman named Kathy and asked politely if someone could help me pick up my photos. She frowns at me, said, "Okay?", and walked away from me without another word. So I walk over to the photo counter and wait a few minutes. (I'm running errands and have an appointment shortly and decided to ask another woman at a register if someone could be paged to help me since Kathy was busy.) The older woman, Kathy, is across from me helping at another register, looked at me and spoke loudly, "I TOLD HER I WOULD HELP HER." Now the way she spoke to me was rude. I responded, "No you did not. You said, "Okay?" and walked away from me without another word." She decided to argue with me in front of customers she was helping. One of the customers interjected because the situation became escalated when she spoke to me in an unpleasant tone.
Eventually I picked up my photos, helped unfortunately by this rude woman- Kathy, and went about my day.
Now I treat everyone the same way I would like to be treated in return and was highly disappointed and upset with the customer service I received from Kathy. I hope the next time is a much more...
Read moreI’ve had it with the older woman with white hair at this pharmacy. Your attitude is destroying the environment for customers and your coworkers. Time after time I have had extremely unpleasant interactions with you that even included you telling me to show you my skirt one time and looking me up and down as I stood there dumbfounded. A recent visit was the last straw with your condescending looks and dead silence. How jarring it is to know you are still employed here, although complacency and desperation could be part of upper management tolerating your presence. Working with people in vulnerable positions is NOT for you. Be an adult and work out whatever is making you so insufferable around others in a pharmacy and retail setting because your behavior is unacceptable. There are enough Walgreens nearby to make a permanent switch. Figure your issues out and stop pushing customers away who have nothing to do with whatever is going on in your...
Read moreI have called 3 times today for the pharmacy. I was on hold the 1st for 20 minutes and gave up. I was on hold the 2nd time and gave up because I had to be somewhere.I just called for the 3rd time and, after being on hold for 45 minutes, I drove over. There was NO ONE in line at the pharmacy and NO ONE answering the phone. I went to the woman at the counter and showed her I was on hold on my cell phone and had been for an hour. She just stares at me. She finally asks if she can help me. I told her I needed a prescription refilled. She asked my name and DOB. I told her which prescription and she said it would be ready tomorrow. No apologies. I went to the front of the store and requested a manager. The manager was very nice and apologized profusely. I told her I had to transfer to their after Rite Aid closed but if this is the way they operate, I'll be...
