MNW Retail Outlet — Local services in Big Lake

This place has a decent selection of new but dated items from major retailers that have cleared their shelves to make way for new product. The vast majority seems to come from Target, but I have no doubt that other stores are included.

The selection is random, but not in the interesting and bizarre way of a bargain warehouse, everything is pretty generic department store merchandise.

My only complaint is that their Facebook page advertises a much larger selection that includes mattresses, when we visited there wasn’t a single mattress available to purchase or even to look at—an entire half of the store’s original footprint had been shut off from customers. Not sure what to make of that, but they should at least try to limit the use of non current images that misrepresent...

They should probably hire older employees who have the common courtesy to wait until your customers leave before they start making comments about them to all their co-workers. My mother simply asked if there was a bathroom or a dressing room as there has been in the past and then as we walked around the store WHICH echos I heard the young girl say as we were within 10 feet of her "I had a lady ask if we have a bathroom or a dressing room, like what do you want from me we're just a discount store." Implying that she was asked rudely which was not the case. I will not be returning I am furious. Employees name is Valerie I hope this issue...

I love shopping at outlet stores but the whole point of an outlet is that the prices are at least half off or more. When this place started the prices were usually about half off but now they are retail prices or maybe 10% off. I would really like to go here more often, but I can't justify spending retail on stuff that they got as overstock at a extreme discount. I've even found things that are more expensive than they are in the store. Everyone has been nice but I hope the owner realizes at some point that they will move a lot more product and get a lot better ratings if they bring their prices down to outlet...
