I’ve had many problems at this location, yes I understand if there is a rush or if you are not having a good day, I work in “fast food”/ customer service and I will agree it’s a challenge. But ever single time I have gone to this location i’ve not been satisfied. I’m not sure how hard it is to be nice? It’s really not that hard honestly. If someone is being crabby through the drive threw… pretend and move on. Do not take it out on the people. For example I came here about a month ago and they did not put caramel on my whipped cream, so I went back around and asked very nicely if they could add some because I paid for it, I then told the girl and she didn’t believe me then she took it back, read the screen and rolled her eyes. Now I am uncomfortable for asking a simple little thing that was your fault in the first place, second maybe wait till i’m gone, then you can rant. It honestly disgusts me that you can’t do your job. You are not 5 years old anymore. Then I came here today and I had to repeat my self at least 4 different times, yes I understand it may be hard to hear, but after that she told me to come up to the window, and the mic was not shut off and I heard her mimic me. Maybe she wasn’t but that was very unprofessional on her part. Then she didn’t even put the toppings on my drink. I wasn’t going through the hassle of going back and fixing it. Read moreWent through the drove through and ordered one seasonal drink and a hot chocolate. Got to the window, paid, and was handed one drink. Found out when I inquired about the second she handed me the wrong drink and I paid for the wrong order. I was asked to park and somebody would run my drinks out. I ensured i wouldn't have to get out of my vehicle to get my drinks at the window because I'm 9 months pregnant. Parked, waited 7ish mins and saw 5 vehicles get through the drive thru. Walked up to the windows where I was told they forgot to make my drinks.....at least I was fully refunded and my drinks were accurate once I got them. What should've been no more than 10 mins...
Read moreI was there late Monday afternoon and ordered a hot campfire mocha. I was the only customer in line. The guy at the window handed me what felt like something ice cold but in a hot cup. I opened it up and it was cold milk with whipped cream. No toppings. Nothing. I went back and asked them if they heard my drink correctly and they replied YUP to which I had to explain what I recieved. They remade it and said nothing.
