CEFCO Convenience Store — Local services in Big Sandy

7/5/24. I came to get milk for my little ones the woman clearly was not letting anyone come in store that stays open 24 hour my first thought was she had to use the bathroom but then 20mins later she finally decides to come out I made my way up to the doors which were locked still all she did was ignore me then when I went back to my vehicle she started mopping so I drove around the block came right back not even a minute or two I called and she said that they close from 2:45 to 3:00 a.m. for something but she just now opened the doors I don't understand why you couldn't of told me that when I was clearly standing at the door and knocking on the window instead of ignoring me not to mention you looked like you were high...

I would not even give one star but you have to at least give them that. I let them try my debit card 3 times for my purchase and was told it wasn't charging my account. The cashier said"the system was down" she guessed. So I ended paying from the cash ATM. Now I have 3: withdrawals on my account, the store managers boss said I would have to go to my bank to dispute it because there was nothing they could do about it. I would give it 0 starts but unfortunately can’t. I’ve lived in Big Sandy for years and this is the only gas station I’ve gone to but will stop from now on the parking situation is ridiculous, there’s only 2 pumps working at the moment and there’s cars parked there not getting gas at all people are just inside talking while we are waiting for someone to move so we can get gas. This gas station has become the worst definitely shouldn’t be a CEFCO...
