Made arrangements to come work on our ac. First time he said he would come, he didn't show and then let us know it would be the next day . Next day same thing. Third day no showed, no text or call. We texted and called asking if and when he'd still planned on making it out and we never heard back. I called and left a message and did not hear back. Sometime into the next day he texted saying he would head our way. We informed him due to all his no shows and then not responding to our texts or phone calls at the end of the run-around, we had found someone else. The other company came out and got us fixed up which we were very thankful after having to spend all these days in a hotel. We know summer is busy and that's why we didn't make a fuss and were understanding the first couple of times. But to no show time after time and then not respond to our desperate pleas to find out if he was even coming was...

This is such a great and honest company! We needed a new unit and so many other contractors that worked on our unit before hand charged so much just to fix it and always quoted us outrageous prices for a new one. Our unit finally gave out and I was so nervous about who to use to replace it. I got on my social media and asked who the best was and this place had the most recommendations.
