Had 2 steers processed last October and this is the worst processing we have ever had. Packages of roasts are nothing but bone and fat. The dried crust from the carcass was all ground into the hamburger. It is close to inedible because of it. Burger is mostly fat . Our steaks have had the dried crust left on them.
