Collective is a cut above the rest in my opinion. Coming back to Mass after many year hiatus, and living in Colorado (where it all started), I will say, the folks who run this place have got it squared away to get you what you want or need. As a recreational user I come prepared to show my ID at the door, and donât put it away until my bud tender sees it when Iâm ready to order.
One recommendation, and itâs a loose one, because I canât offer a solution to it and because I think nearly all dispensaries deal with it, is the sheer volume of the menus. Whether they be on the wall in 60 inches of liquid crystal, or on a 7inch tablet, the volume of options is always, overwhelming.
For folks that are always getting the same things itâs probably easy to walk up and just say what you want, like me, but if youâre looking to expand your clientele and potentially expand your loyalty market to try new things, that to me would prove the most logical starting point to adjust. But if youâre looking ever have questions the bud tenders are the most knowledgeable about their craft and while theyâre genuine and mostly stoners, they take their jobs seriously so donât be fooled about them giving you the best. Just come prepared with what youâre looking to feel or ask them their thoughts on what they do. Nothing quite like asking the pros.
I realize that seems like I put a lot of thought into that recommendation, but in all realness, this is a must hit spot if your a local and care to partake, or if youâre just looking to pickup some good green on your way out to a cool spot for a bit. The bud tenders are knowledgeable and always there to help out; not to mention they have a rewards program, military discount, and some pretty killer deals speckled throughout the year.
Hope this review helps anyone out that may be questioning going through the doors. Collective is a place for everyone. Happy...
Read moreI Drove my vehicle to; Collective Dispensary Billerica, MA. & into their parking lot with a LIT Cigarette. I parked & put my cigarette out, before turning off the engine. A that moment; I was told no smoking On The Premises. Rudely (I will be Banned) That means driving 'into' the lot which being rudely told by the doorman, who saw me right away. I was not loitering. I did not light-up @ any time. (You have an atmosphere of hate & distrust. Very, Very. Apparent 1 'slightly' disquinicable parking sign; 'No smoking on the Premise'. I was smoking while driving Onto the property. The second door person who checks I.D. would not let me in right away. I then talked to the floor supervisor & bought my pre-order. Like talking to virtual reality. All 3 of them. Lets be reasonable; No threats, Poor attitude; Please leave; if you hate the job or the customers. It sure was apparent then /now. No smoking on the premises means check ea. vehicle Before parked & putting unmistakable signage up, so there is NO Smoking in my vehicle in your parking lot, 'Before' exiting my vehicle. You don't even get a chance to park. Get Out There; put some Major signage up. Come greet us @ the vehicle say hello instead of quoting scripture. You people are Rude. A Customer who does not need greif for reilly; a questionable policy. If so? Do something constructive /worthwhile; instead of threats. Get some signage up & your voice unheard.. Figure...
