Very friendly staff. Honest and upfront especially regarding prices. I had a sudden computer crash in my desktop. Unfortunately, it was DOA. They were able to get all of my hard-drive data files from the computer. Roughly, $90 to get my 12-15 years of documents.

One recommendation I would make is that Rogers keeps some external hard drives available for sale, or let a customer know if they're able to access the info you need, to get before they can do the job (an external hard drive). This is especially when there seems to be a preference for them. I am telling you I would have gladly paid for that versus my 3 trips there. I only learned I needed that once I got there, then I ordered 2. There was no recommendation on a brand.

They used the case style one and it was going to take an hour to transfer the info, so I went outside and waited. When I went back in the check the first external drive completion, it didn't successfully complete and bombed. The tech said you should have bought a Western Digital, because the external drive I bought was corrupt. I wish I had known that up front. They then took the second thumb drive style back up method but I was not waiting again. I left it and went back 2 days later to pick it up.

After my laptop made some updates I lost everything that was on it that I needed for my business. I was in need of data recovery services. Initially, I went to the Geek Squad out of Best Buy and they tried to SCAM me with a price of $200 and it would take them 4 days just to get to it. So, I immediately went on Google and found Roger's Technology Solutions. I called them and they said to bring it in that same day. I dropped it off late that evening and literally had it back the very next day with all of my data recovered for less than half the price of what the Geek Squad wanted to charge me!! I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as kept me updated. They are depenendable and honest people that proved to me they are experts in their field. I left a happy customer and will definitely use them again in the future for any of my Technological needs. I’m so sad I have to give you guys a 1 if I could it would be a zero. If the man with the blonde brown hair is there he’s going to help you with a smile and fast too. I went in to ask about water damage you guys just opened he was probably tired but man y’all don’t know my stress this week! He flipped my phone front to back and shook his head. Then he tried to charge it and I told him the charger port was already broken. He put it on the wireless charger I couldn’t see it and he flipped it again shook his head he didn’t even open it. I just took the lost I just got out the hospital I didn’t want to do the angry customer thing. Then I went all the way to diberville Walmart and the guy there fixed it in ten minutes. I know he didn’t probably wanna work first thing in the morning but maybe open when you wanna do some work. I’ve had another phone fixed here for the two reasons one was water as well.
