Yesterday afternoon I ordered 3 pizzas for my family using the Little Caesars app and it wasn't until I entered the drive thru of the Pops Ferry location and asked for my order did I realize I had accidentally ordered from your location on Pass Rd. I drove there to pick up my order. I had never been to this location myself so I was unaware that this location has a speaker box that I was expected to stop at. Honestly I didn't even see it. After having a long day at work, a grumpy 3 year old in tow, and having to drive 30 miles round trip out of my way to retrieve my order I just missed it somehow. I own that and it was definitely not intentional. I sat at the window for about 5 minutes with multiple employees seeing me and not acknowledging me through the very clear sliding window. Still I was patient yet confused. It wasn't until one of those employees opened the window with 1 pizza in hand and told me the total the 1 pizza he had in hand that I explained that wasn't my order and I had placed mine on the app. I was then told I should have stopped at the speaker but since I didn't I would have to either come in the store or drive back around to the speaker to ask for my order. I then explained I did not know they had a speaker box that I was suppose to stop at (because the other location I frequent doesn't have a box, you just drive straight up to the window) and could he please just let me get my pizzas now. He said no he had the order of the person behind me and he would have to go get my order. And again stated that I should have stopped at the speaker and I could either drive around or come in. Keep in mind I waited for around 5 minutes being ignored before he came to the window. I asked why didn't anyone just come to the window and let me know I needed to stop at the speaker. He then told me that no one could see me there. When at least 5-6 employees did look at me and saw me there. We looked at each other through the clear sliding window. At this point a truck had blocked the drive through getting ice I then asked two more times to please let me get my order since I was stuck in the drive thru. It was only then did he relent and turn directly to his left and retrieved the pizzas that were right beside him. The ones he said he would have to go get for me. Acting as if he would have to trek a mile up hill to get them when in reality the pizzas were right beside him the whole time. Not only did he hold me up holding my pizzas just to be spiteful and prove some kind of point. He held up the car behind me as well. I understand that I mistakenly didn't stop where I should have but it wasn't on purpose or malicious. I am human and it was accident. And I have never had a food service employee treat me this way. Surely informing me of the policy and what to do next time would have sufficed. I couldn't cancel my order or not get it because my 3 year old loves their pizza and it was his reward for being good at preschool. He would have cried the whole way home and then some. I just don't understand why this employee made it his mission to teach me a lesson or whatever his agenda was. I did remain calm and respectful throughout this entire interaction. I just don't understand why he had to be so mean. We don't know what other people are going through when we interact during a transaction but being kind and having a little patience goes a long away. I have tried multiple times to submit feedback online detailing my experience. Unfortunately, every time I go to submit it. It says oh, something went wrong, try again later. It's almost as if they have turned off the only way to file...
Read moreThis location has lost all passion towards running a good business. 4 times in a row now I have been denied service because they shut everything down for clean up at least 30 minutes before their scheduled closing time. Out of the past 6 or 7 times I have visited this restaurant, I have received nothing but eyes being rolled when asked if they have anything ready to eat, I have received very stale crazy bread after asking if it was fresh-ish. The one time I did receive a decent pizza was probably luck, because it was 35 minutes before closing and I was refused any sort of menu options. When I tried to confirm that they were still open for 35 more minutes, the employee, who I've known to work there for quite a while, whom I used to admire her work ethic and attitude, was obviously a changed individual. I got anything but a look that a customer would like to see and a reply that no customer wants to hear when ordering food. "yeah, but we trying to get out of here." So I settled for a halfway decent hot and ready pepperoni with a side of heartburn. Don't expect to pull up and see the OPEN sign lit up or the drive through menu lights on behind the building within 30-45 minutes before close. Because they do not want to even think about serving you any type food or receive any money for that food. Tonight at approximately 10:42pm I verified on Google that their hours said 11pm. The OPEN sign was off in their onyn6 front. I went through the drive through, it's lights were off. I spoke into the mic, asked if there was any prepared pizza or if they were open still. No reply. I go up to the drive through window and see an employee counting down the register drawer. I didn't want to startle her so I tapped on the window softly. She looked over and shook her head, at approximately 10:43pm, and let me know they were closed. I drove away from the window, called the store's phone number listed on Google, and it went to a robotic voice-mail after 2 or 3 rings. That store did not used to operate like this. And they used to know what good customer service was. I don't know who is calling the shots there. But they need to be aware of what their 2nd shift is doing to their business. If you need to close at 9pm and 10pm on the weekends, then please adjust your hours so that we the customers can adjust our...

Went through the drive through today (08/20/2021 around 5:30 pm). Short line in front of me (1 vehicle). Someone took my order in the drive through. I pulled around. It took about 15 minutes before they served the car in front of me. The man in that vehicle had ordered 1 pizza and a drink (small order for such a long wait).
I pulled up. Waited about 8 minutes. A young African-American female, about 5'4" tall, average build came to the window and asked if we'd like to order. I told her that we had ordered in the drive through. She seemed legitimately confused by this. She apologized and asked if we'd like to order. I told her we were going to just leave seeing as we had waited roughly 23 minutes and our order was not even being prepared.
Of note, I do not blame that young African-American girl for this debacle. Her voice was not the same voice on the drive through window speaker that took our order. She also was apologetic and seemed genuinely confused that our order had not been put into the system.
I also understand that many restaurants are short staffed due to the covid pandemic.
That aside I used to work in fast food. You have to watch those ticket times. When customers are waiting you have to check the lobby and drive through. When you fail to do that failures like this occur.
This was a failure. The staff there (2 males and the one female that I could see sitting at the drive through window) were not equipped to handle the drive through and front counter.
I hope management reviews this and works to improve the situation.
That said the prices look good. I wish I could comment on the food however I never was able to complete an order.
I would avoid this Little Ceasar until they get leadership in place to run...
