I.. called on two different days to have a tech look at my heating and cooling system that was not working. On both days the voicemail acknowledged that if i leave a call back number they would be back with me. Did not happen at all so I had the cell number and left a text message explaining the issue. The response was "got It". I sent another text asking if they could come soon to check out. The response was "Today yes. Just don't know what time yet". I responded "Thanks". I waited all day and no one showed so I text at 5:21 pm. to let them know that I had cleared my schedule for the day so I would be there. They text me back "It will be late now. I coach little league in Winter tonight". I text back "how about 8am tomorrow morning" " I will be out the rest of the evening". Winter is 50 miles from Birchwood so what time was he planning on coming? No response on any of the text. I called this morning to listen to the voicemail to find he is now on vacation until July. What kind of business treats past customers like this? Mike does not have a customer Mind Set but rather one about Mike!!! ...
