As soon as my husband and I walked into the store, we were genuinely greeted. Our sales associate, Rodney Allen, was knowledgeable, relatable, and took the time to get to know what we wanted and ultimately needed. While making our way around the store, we also had the opportunity to talk and work with two generations of Ideal Furniture Company owners. These people are truly sincere, honest, and straightforward when it comes to their business. Being young first time furniture buyers, we never felt pressured or taken advantage of over the two days it took us to make our decisions. Everyone, even those not working directly with us, made us feel like part of the family.

Coming from out of state, we had already done quite a bit of online window shopping and looked in the big box furniture stores, but found that nothing could compare to the quality of furniture that we saw at Ideal Furniture Company! At first glance it may appear from the tags that prices are overly high, but the tags are reflective of the entire set. They were more than happy to quote items out separately and offered a variety of discounts. Additionally, they offered free delivery and set up, which has proved invaluable to us.
