My experience this week has not been great . I always order the same thing every time the same way. On July 11 I ordered 8 piece wings salt pepper. Fried soft both fries and wings and light on the sauce Monday if was heavy on the sauce. On July 12 I ordered the same thing this time they put no sauce on it. So I called to let them know my orders was wrong the past two times . So I went once again today July 13 order the same with the exception of a 10 piece. The sales person keep the order form from the previous as if they couldn’t write the order down incorrectly. On the 11th and 12 the same person took my order. The person who took my order today want to make like it was my fault the reason my order was incorrect but I order the same way every time I go. Today she said check your order I was not opening up someone else food in store with other people in the small location so I didn’t check the order. And of course it was not correct it had heavy sauce not light sauce. The bad part about this is that I was coming for a elderly person. But I...

I was highly disappointed during my visit today. After waiting more than 15 minutes to order, a female who walked in 13 minutes into my wait approached a person 2 people ahead of me and cashed asked her to order for her. I strongly objected as did some of the others waiting. The manager on duty( possibly owner) stated she couldn't stop a person from walking in and ordering with someone else despite there being at least 15 plus others waiting ahead of her. In my opinion this is morally wrong and sets a bad precedent for future customers who may choose to patronize them. I knew several people in line before me but my conscience wouldn't allow me to minimize the presence of the others patiently awaiting their turn to order. The store is a walk up and order at the counter, so there's no restaurant seating. We immediately were able to walk up order and received our food within 10 minutes. I ordered two of the exact same lunch specials which were two pieces of white fillet, three wings, a side of French fries, and three pieces of Texas toast loaf bread. The seasoning on the chicken and the fish was minimal, which means the main flavor of the food was the hot sauce and mustard sauce they use to top. I enjoyed the hot sauce and mustard topping, but would have enjoyed a little more salt and pepper perhaps in the meat itself. The french fries were soft and cooked perfection, and the loaf bread was fresh. I got two cups of ranch to dip my fries in that was homemade and delicious. The entire meal...
