Thrasher Brothers Trailways — Local services in Birmingham

I went to Biloxi with Thrasher Brothers like I usually do but this particular time someone in the office forgot to put a person's name on the reserved seating list. The seat was not labeled reserved so therefore I sat in it. The driver name Big Mike came back where I was sitting with an attitude saying that the seat was reserved so I said it wasn't labeled reserved & that's why I'm sitting here. I didn't have a problem with moving but his nasty disposition ticked me off. I shouldn't have to move and be inconvenienced because of their mistake. He was very unprofessional so therefore we had words because I don't disrespect nobody and no one is going to disrespect me!!! I called to report the problem and ask them to make sure that everyone who reserves a seat name is on the list and Christy seemed to have an attitude with me for bringing it to her attention. It's sad when u can't call and report a problem with a big business such as Thrasher Brothers without getting bad attitudes. I would give zero stars . However today this experience has be absolutely terrible! The driver was called over an hour ago to pick us up from the Falcons football game. We have been waiting in the heat for over an hour. Several other buses and shuttles have come and gone (some we have seen multiple times) the driver from my understanding has stopped answering his phone. In a few minutes it will be 2 hours of us waiting. It’s hot, we have children and infants with us. We are thirsty. Not to mention on the here. He made it clear that we could only drink water in a water bottle. No coffee, no juice. Which concludes to us that he doesn’t want to clean the bus. We also found other items once we arrived on the bus stuck in between the seats. I will be sending emails and making phone calls. This was absolutely unacceptable!!! To wait 2 hours...
