Pacific Seafood — Restaurant in Birmingham

Surprisingly good for the value. Prices were cheap and I wasn't sure what would taste alright, so I got a liver combo, an egg roll, and a fish sandwich to try all 3 sorts of items. The chicken, fish, and Chinese food. Other person got shrimp and fry combo. Total was still just $12.

Fish was golden and fried perfectly. Tasted like it was cooked in very clean oil.

Egg roll was better than expected, tasted like something out of grocery freezer section but good for $1.

Liver was DARK. Thought it was burned but it wasn't, just tasted like it was cooked in very dark old grease. Wasn't very good, some salt from fries got on a couple of them and that was a little better, so they'd be better with seasoning. Without it I couldn't taste anything but burnt taste...

This is a family owned business and they have kids inside sometimes which is probably why they tinted all of their windows at the drive thru. Who ever the short white lady that works the drive thru is very unprofessional and has a nasty attitude. She always over talk you and rushes taking orders not to mention they have a ragedy speaker that talks to you not a live person taking orders. Overall the look of the building speaks for itself. This place is pretty eclectic. It's fairly cheap, especially if you order the specials. They have seafood (shrimp, etc), chicken fingers, chicken legs/breasts, and Chinese. The chicken is amazing; if they only sold chicken they'd get 5* from me. The seafood is good. The Chinese is terrible. Worst I've ever had.

Bottom line, go for the chicken or sides. Stay away from...
