I am not sure if Brandon is an owner or not but he is the most rude, unprofessional, jerk I have had the displeasure of dealing with in many years. I have donated several pieces of retro and antique furniture to this store over the past few years. I believed they were responsible about giving back to the community and thought my donations may go to good use. I had three pieces of nice furniture I was interested in consigning or possibly they would purchase from me. I sent pictures with a polite email inquiring about their process. It took them almost a week to respond and at that time I had sold the two pieces on Marketplace. I replied to their email stating that fact but informed them it is a nice option that they do offer consignment. The response I received today, 6/26 was rude. The email stated not to bother, I backed out of the deal, and their dealing with me was done. Unbelievable! I will never donate nor promote their store in the future. Not only are Jo’s prices fair, her selection is vast in terms of variety and quantity for the small space she has. If you’re in this area and looking for a piece of turquoise, get to Jo’s. And Kathleen knows her stuff about turquoise. Made us very comfortable about our decisions with lots of background information. Kathleen knows her jewelry. If you have to ask the owner, it's spelled with an S. I am new to town but the lovely folks in charge of this gem of an establishment treated me like my old next-door neighbor. That's good.
