It’s a busy store, but they get to everyone as soon as they can while still making every experience a personal one. We always enjoy coming in to take care of any issues we may have or to make an upgrade. The atmosphere is welcoming. The ladies are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I signed up with USCellular at this store in October and was supposed to get a promo for trading in my phone. For the last 4 months I call every month to let them know I am not getting the promo and I get a text message from US Cellular stating I am not eligible for the promo because they never received my trade in phone. We came in when they were busy and she told us “one moment” and we waited. We were helped for a few hours on starting a new account, with a new phone, and upgrading our WiFi at home. We had called asking about the WiFi before hand and she called us back to answer any questions and concerns.
