I'm a Truck Driver here @ Pilot doing my 34 hour Reset, I'm 53 so I know my Chinese Food.. And this Chinese food is The Best & Yes Don't let the Outside fool you, You can dine in Buffet or take Buffet with You it is Weighed or Order off the Menu..I did both, I got Alot of veggies & Chicken from Buffet..SautedMushrooms are delicious & Not too Salty the Food which I love. Ordered Egg Foo Young for the Road.. Everything is Hot & Fresh..I Ordered $50 worth of Food to eat all week because I Love Chineese and this Place is the Best.. Extremely Happy I would give them 100 stars if I could...Staff Is Wonderful & the Gentleman that takes your Order @ desk is Very Pleasant..I will Return when coming through here every 2x weeks.. Go Get some Delicious Chineese Food You Will Be 😊 Happy & Your Belly.. Truck Drivers You Can walk from the back parking behind the green building where the trucks park @ there's plenty of paths going to the Restaurant so you don't have to walk from the Road unless you want to walk, takes 2 min to walk there..Delicious..I don't Never Leave Reviews But I had to after Eating Here. I tried one bite of the chicken, fried rice, and egg roll, and strongly disliked my food. The sauce had a metallic taste, the chicken was rubbery, the rice was dry, and the egg roll cabbage smelled and tasted “old”. Very disappointed and couldn’t eat more. I had to tell the waiter three times that I didn’t like it. I even brought my food to them and they didn’t understand. After waiting a long time, the cook came out. Instead of asking or offering something else, he had the nerves to say “you’re wasting my food!” By this point I was frustrated with the lack of customer service. I felt bad that I didn’t like the food, but I wasn’t going to pay $12 for something I couldn’t eat, and they didn’t offer something else. This is the only time I have ever refused to pay for my meal in any restaurants I’ve gone to. they were upset with me, and I was disappointed in their willingness to listen and offer anything. The rest of my family ate their food, some was okay, some things the flavor seemed off. And yes, we paid for their food, of course. I will never return to this...

To be honest I was expecting more options and variety with it being a buffet but it's not a big enough deal to deny them the 5 stars they deserve. The place is just a bit smaller than you might expect when you think of a buffet but that just means they're making the most of the space they are working with. The food was amazing, the place was well kept and clean, and the friendly service was top notch too. They even went above and beyond when they noticed I seemed to be waiting and checked on me, to which I responded that I was hoping for more Crab Rangoon and they got right on it for me. I will definitely be back for more at some point because of this great experience I had a couple weeks ago (meant to write review sooner but been busy).
