I had the most amazing experience at L & M Dominican Hair Salon! From start to finish, the customer service was top-tier—everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I got a wash, deep condition, blowout, and trim, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair has never looked so shiny and bouncy! The best part? It was only $65 for all of that, which is an incredible value. The salon is clean, comfortable, and the staff is highly skilled. To say I was a hot mess is an understatement. I had an accident in January 2023 that wouldn't allow me to do my hair. By November, I was a matted mess. I have mixed race hair and trust Dominican hair salons are the only ones that can understand my texture. What I wasn't prepared for was how much the owners and other stylists were so kind, caring and loving. I cried after two of them worked to untangle my mess, they thought they were hurting me but no, it was just such a relief to finally feel the brushes and combs go through. I was washed thoroughly and then Maria styled me to perfection. I was able to walk out feeling beautiful, confident and full of gratitude for their hard work, which didn't take long at all. If you are searching for a loving, kind and considerate professional, look no further than L & M Dominican Salon!! I love you ladies! Excellent service and friendly staff. I arrived mid-morning on a Thursday and was immediately greeted, (which I find to be hard in some of the Dominican Salons if you’re not Spanish-speaking). I was informed that there would be a short wait and after about 10 minutes they returned. The stylist washed my hair thoroughly and asked me if I wanted a wash and set or wash and blowout, which I liked because many salons just want to stick you under the dryer for 2 hours so they can service other clients in between.
