Usually happy with selections you can find here...until thanksgiving day.. im not able to go home for holiday, so ran in when saw they were open and had deli open with options of turkey and ham and limited sides but hey... was really wanting some.. stood there 15 mins waiting for either of 2 people working..1 was taking chicken out of cooker, i understand that, but a small gesture to say give me second, ill be right there, or the 2nd individual who was stretching over counter to reach rolls, i asked if he needed help, got a no, and nothing else..again, maybe a give us a second, be right there..sorry just gotta do this...anything..but no... they kept doing what they were doing..chicken had 5 full pans in display, and had 2 more he was pulling.. i just wanted a small plate of thanksgiving type food and not caseys quik stop.. ut i ended up walking away due to the lack to stay silent any longer. No one wants to work on thanksgiving, but some of us have no choice and just want service from you who are getting paid to be there to do the job... you went home to family after 4...i havent been home in over month and cant til Christmas time...so maybe little consideration to customers goes a long way.. you dont know everyones story.. maybe unhappy you have to work and not be with family..so of us dont get to see any family.. like i say..little communication goes a LONG WAYS.. havent been back to store since...pay more at walgreens or dollar general or worse...wallyworld...
Read moreI give it two stars because it's clean, but overall I hate everything about this store. The prices are too high and the sales that they have they don't ring up at the register. I ordered fried chicken from this store and it was old, crumbly and saltier than palatable. Their Starbucks is my biggest disappointment. I LOVE Starbucks but this is by far the WORST. My frappuccino is always like chocolate milk. Then I ask them to use the venti amount of ice so it's nice and thick and they won't even give me the whole serving because it "looks" like a venti for the price of a grande! I'm paying for the ingredients for a grande I want it all! It's not my fault your baristas can't figure out how to make a frappuccino! So then I get cheaped out! On another occasion, when I went to grab my drink it fell over and spilled all over their counter. I lost about half my coffee and all they did was give me a new lid and ONLY because I asked! The Starbucks on 114th and dodge is the very best. They would never treat their customers like this! For my spilled coffee they would more than likely make me a new one and for the consistency of my frappuccino....well...they never get out wrong in the first place. Starbucks is expensive and when a customer orders some they expect a treat to make them happy, not a crappy, milky, half a beverage. I hate this Starbucks and will...
Read moreI like the idea that I can pay my car payment at Colbat Credit Union, right inside the store, then grab my favorite cup of coffee at Starbucks also inside store, then I can pick up what ever I need from the grocery store Family Fare, the store is set up very nice and it's easy to find what your looking for, Family Fare doesn't carry all the things I need, put they do carry a few things I can't get at the other store I use in Blair, the only reason they didn't get a 5 star is because the bagged salad I buy for my husband lunches,, I would never buy at Family Fare because they are always gross looking, very wet, lettuce is turning brown. The service at the Family Fare does deserve 5 stars there is always someone there to help you, the other day I brought my daughter-in-law, and she had never been in Family Fare, and I must have had a look on my face like I couldn't find what I was looking for, and before I had to ask one of the store employees a question, a girl close by working, says to me can I help you find something, my daughter-in-law was blowed away, I told her this was not the first time this has happened in Family Fare, she was very impressed, and it has never happened at the other store I shop at, I usually have to go looking for...
