I have had 2 very long, stressful, and anxiety filled days trying to get my 3 month old son the correct prescriptions. Not knowing that Walgreens would send me a notification when my prescription was ready- I left my sons doctor appointment out in West Omaha and headed to the pharmacy in Blair. About a 35 minute drive. I live in between the appointment location and Blair’s pharmacy, so it made sense to drive to the pharmacy after the appointment and then loop back home afterward. When I pulled up to the window she asked me if they said it was ready. I said “they said they sent it right in”. Her response is “who is THEY???” I say, “my doctors office?” Again, confused, because I wasn’t aware of notifications. She responds again and says “WALGREENS will let you know when it’s ready” and blinks at me.
I tell her that I didn’t know that and that I really hope her day gets better and I drive off, knowing that if I don’t, I’ll probably be unkind back because I’ve had a bad week.
I realize that this may sound like a Karen complaint from the outside looking in. But, when dealing with people and their prescriptions (or more importantly, their children’s prescriptions) it might take a little bit of patience and compassion as you never know what someone is going through.
In my opinion, the pharmacy is not better with her...

If it wasn’t a Friday, and I didn’t need the pain med, I would NOT be coming back (for a 3rd time in one day) in fact it has been almost 2 hours since I left the second time and I still have not heard anything back. I do know I will NEVER use this pharmacy again after I get this med, my opinion would not surprise me if they go out of business soon, customers treated like this will not come back when there are other...

It was very helpful very quick and I was off the phone in minutes. I would recommend this Pharmacy to anyone. I've had very little problems in the past and they have always been very helpful to me never rude always respectful and always quick to help with any problems that I have. Their staff is very trained well and they are always willing to go get a pharmacist to help out if they cannot figure out the issue themselves. They have worked with me on every level of issues that I have had over many many years. The staff knows me by my first name and they are quick to help me. They always greet me with a smile and I am very comfortable going to Walgreens for my prescription needs. Again I highly recommend this Pharmacy to any other persons that are looking to find a nice pleasant atmosphere for a pharmacy...
