Runza Restaurant — Restaurant in Blair

Last Thursday, 12/7/2015, our bowl of chili was barely 1/2 full. Our Fries were short also. We took our $3.00 bowl of chili back to get it topped off. The young man behind the counter was ready to top it off, when the owner/manager stopped him and said he would take care of it himself. The owner/manager refused to top it off, loud and rude, said to me in front of a few people "that I always complained". This is not true, all I wanted is to get the $3.00 bowl of chili topped off. For this loud insult, I asked for my money back, which he did. This is a small town, the restaurant had a few people in it, I was so embarrassed, I don't want to ever go back to this Runza. The problem, 3 weeks prior to this incident, I bought 15 gift card for $25 each, total of $375 (which I do every year), we want our money back for the unused gift cards since we're not comfortable going back to this Runza owner who insulted us... And, going to Omaha 40 miles away, to another Runza, is way to far...

So I never wanted to leave a bad review, because usually the customer service here is amazing. although there’s been a couple times it hasn’t been great. I recently just went there, and this one girl that works there she has red hair and bangs, I think she also wears glasses. she seems to always have an attitude or come off rude. last week, I went and I got 3 meals. one with a papsi, and she didn’t ring it up. so I politely asked her if I could get one and she rudely typed it in and then told my my total, she also seems to like to roll her eyes a lot. this is the 3rd time since the new store opening that my order has been wrong or missing something. other then rude employees, and not listening closely to orders. the service is amazing and everyone is...

If you haven't had a Runza, it should be one of your Nebraska experiences, because you aren't going to find these elsewhere! Food is good, sometimes items in drive-thru are forgotten, such as straws or napkins. I forgive all fast food places on this now as it seems it is something decreed from the upper real s of the business. If you are messy, like me, just ask for more, play your "I'm older and inept at eating in my car" card, you'll get them with a smile. 😊 I like their sales in the summer and love a regular Runza and onion rings on a cold one. Restaurants are usually clean,vas well as restrooms. This location is in a larger town between Lincoln and Omaha. I like small-town places as the employees are usually friendlier and...
