During meal prep, we noticed our "Best Yet" branded shredded mozzarella was moldy. Couldn't find receipt. Package has a best by date of Jan 14 2025. Took it back to Quinn's Archbald location only to be told we needed a receipt. It's their house brand and we're local customers! Had no choice but to go to the Peckville location where we were able to exchange the product for another without all the drama. How can two stores owned by the same people have totally different policies! Exceptionally poor customer service.    Read moreI was in Quinns market (Archbald) this evening and purchased 2 dozen of eggs( Henny Pemny large) for 7.99 a dozen. I then went into the Peckville store and they were less. They weren't on sale!!! They were 6.49 a dozen (same egg). In fact, a dozen of large Saunders eggs were 5.89 a dozen. It is sad that a local market, that I have been shopping at for 40 years, would take advantage of their customers. It is also sad, that they do not honor price comparison between markets and yet my loyality number is connected to both markets. I feel that this was price gouging at its finest. A few times I got meat here , came home and cooked it and it smelt horrible never experienced that before ! You have to really check everything! Even in the diary area you have check the dates on everything . Premade food is gross & over priced! Cold Salads are a hit or miss . Most of the times the noodles are not cooked or potatoes aren’t cooked right ! Waste of money , when you buy it and can’t even eat it ! Depends I guess who makes them !
