Find someone else!!!!Despite several wonderful years using this upholsterer and giving them multiple customers in the end I was treated Very shabbily. Due to the death of both my parents, I was forced to leave my job there for quite a long time. I did call however to assure them I still wanted the work done and they assured me through emails that they had many customers going through hard times and everything was fine. I had paid half down And they had my word as a good 20 year customer. It Did not matter. When I went back to get the job completed, they wanted to up charge me claiming it cost more this year than last. I explained we had a contract for a specific amount. They even tried to charge me storage without letting me know up front that would happen. That’s something you tell the customer at the begging. Eventually They did the right thing, returning my sofa and downpayment but It was a fight and I can no longer recommend them. I was nice and polite for what good it did me. DONT disagree Or prove they’ve done things wrong or they will treat you badly and refuse to work with you. All they had to do was complete the work for the agreed upon price. Btw they retuned the sofa... but not the seat cushions and it cost me a lot to get...

First time ever getting anything reupholstered. We couldn’t find a couch that we loved as much as The one that we have. So we decided to search for a small business that did excellent work and boy did we find one!!! It was well worth the wait to come home and find our couch even better then the original when we bought it. We don’t have many pieces that need reupholstering but anything that we do need we will definitely take it to them. I highly recommend Blawnox Upholstery from their hundreds of choices of fabric to their knowledgeable team to the expert craftsmanship that they supply. You just don’t find services like this anymore and I am so glad that we were able to find them so close to us. Mustata and his crew did a magnificnet job on a three piece antique living suite I purchased last year. He took the time and interest to help me work throught the process of not only reupholstering the pieces but also the restoration work needed to make it all functional again. The attention to detail and the professional input was priceless in making the undertaking a success . All along the way he was in contact with me regarding what I wanted and how to execute it as well as including me in every step of the restoration process.
