I had set up an appointment for 10am to get my truck radio replaced and give him the money to order the product ahead of time. When I got there at 10 I waited for an hour for him to arrive and another hour for him to tell me to leave the vehicle there and he told me he hadn't even ordered the radio yet... he didn't know what to say so he said "I can give back the money if you want" which is about the only good thing that came out of this. 0/10 will...
