Skyline Restaurant — Restaurant in Bloom Township

Walked in the 2 young ladies didn't say anything just stood there like we wasn't there. The manager came out of nowhere and welcomed us and sat is. The restaurant was very clean to the eye. We sat for like 5 mins the sever never came so I went to the restroom. By the time I went back, my coffee was ready for me. The coffee was watery. The server came 10 mins later and asked us for our order. I ordered the biscuit and gravy with a sausage patty. I asked for hot tea with extra honey and extra lemons instead of the coffee. 15 mins later, the food came. After she delivered the food she brought back my hot tea. No lemons r honey. I had to ask for it and extra napkins. The biscuits and gravy were ok. Not bad, but not good either. Didn't see my server much till after we were done eating. It was my first time here, so I'm not sure if this how servers serve r hosts, not acknowledged customers when they walk in. I would try again b4 I recommend this restaurant. I gave 2 stars because of the manager n the food was decent.

Update If you like pulled pork, you've got to try it here. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, with a bowl of chicken Florentine and fries. I love their fries! A small side of coleslaw is included for you to eat by itself or put on the actual sandwich ... Yum!!I've come to this restaurant for years!!! The breakfasts are DELICIOUS and the prices couldn't be beat!!! Check out their lunch menu and the chicken and rice soup ... To die for!!! If you come here enough the waitresses know your name and some even remember your last order! Skyline restaurant serves breakfast, brunch and lunch. They do close early so give them a buzz to verify closing times. Sunday's are definitely hopping! I love their omelettes and hot chocolate with whipped cream!! Go give them a try!!! Also. It’s a nice place but as we were leaving we were watching the men cleaning tables they were using the same rags to clean the seats as on top of the tables that isn’t so sanitary.. your wiping the seats smell onto the tabletop with the same rag u need to use separate rags one for the seats or booths and one for the tabletops I worked in food service before and had a issue years ago like this they switched to two rags that isn’t that hard … It’s just disgusting to wipe were someone sat and then wipe the table top with the same rag I think you need maybe use two different rags it...
