I personally visited this store to look around. I saw a stunning fall arrangement that was being done for a wedding and decided I would love to have a version of it for a Friendsgiving dinner. The arrangement I saw was large and long and was filled with fall flowers in the deep orange and burgundy colors. I told the florist I wanted the same arrangement accept instead of long I wanted 2 cylinder arrangements so that we could place the food in between. I had the arrangements delivered to the hostesses home. When my friend received the arrangement she text a pic which I have below. I was charged $200 for these 2 5inch by 5inch arrangements That look absolutely nothing like what I ordered. When I called fleur detroit to complain, Latoure apologized and offered to remake them. I told her I was shocked and embarrassed by how small they were and that I told her they were for a Friendsgiving dining table. She also had the nerve to tell me they were orange when clearly they are peach. Not thanksgiving at all. She offered To send 2 more in taller cylinder vases. I offered to pay extra because obviously you only get about 6 stems for $100. She said not to worry about it. She sent 2 more arrangements that still. Looked nothing like a fall/thanksgiving arrangement. Both arrangements looked like they were trying to use up leftover flowers and didn’t make any sense to me. I had also placed A larger order for a faux arrangement that I was quoted almost $1000 for which I cancelled after seeing their work. They do have some talented designers there but the one I worked with was nice but her work looked like something you could get at kroger. I would never shop here again. Throughout the process, I was transferred between multiple team members, which led to confusion, miscommunication, and a lack of overall coordination. I provided inspiration images early on, but the final product did not reflect them at all.
Communication was often delayed and unprofessional, and instead of helping simplify the process, the team made it more complicated and stressful. Given the premium prices Fleur Detroit charges, I expected a much higher level of service, clarity, and attention to detail.
The most upsetting part of the experience was my interaction with Linda. During one conversation, she raised her voice at me in a way that felt completely inappropriate and disrespectful. Rather than calmly addressing the issue, she chose to shift blame and avoid taking accountability. Had she simply told us early on that our request couldn’t be accommodated, we could have adjusted—but by the time that was communicated, it was too late.
Unfortunately, due to how the situation was handled—particularly the way I was spoken to—I will not be using Fleur Detroit again. I hope this feedback encourages the team to re-evaluate their customer service practices and internal...

Our families were blown away by his talent and the way he was able to capture our aesthetic as a couple. As all brides can probably attest, you enter into your wedding day not knowing what to fully expect with both logistics and design, overall. Fleurdetroit far exceeded our expectations and truly went above and beyond to produce a seamless, beautiful, and entertaining wedding weekend for ourselves and our guests; we continue to receive compliments from everyone who attended, saying that it was the best wedding they have ever attended.
