Had the seal on my water meter blow out tonight. Water was all over the place in my utility room. I was able to shut it down, get some buckets & catch the majority while it all drained. Called the after-hours Utilities Division just before 8pm and got ahold of someone in under a minute.

Was then connected to Chad & another gentleman (unfortunately forgot to ask his name). They were at my house in about 30 minutes & had a new meter installed before 8:45.

The best part is, everyone was ridiculously friendly & so happy to help. Absolutely rockstar...

I deal with commercial permits through Bloomington City Hall every few months and their staff puts them in the top 5 BEST cities to work with! I appreciate their kindness and willingness to throughly and explain things. Life is just so much more pleasant when you are a pleasant person, the kind folks working for the City of Bloomington have that little tidbit all...
