What a super awesome dispensary. I just moved from out of state from Arizona. And I met these nice people today. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected I feel very welcomed and I found my new home dispensary for my medical needs. Thank you again Lauren Joey and Jackie. Lauren Joey and Jackie all took care of me very well I went in they walked me through the new brands that I'm not familiar with and by the way they are the best brand recommendations I've ever had !wow Joey you are the man again Joey you are the man!! thank you for your words of wisdom , I will always trust them. This is my new home dispensary I'm very very happy to be here in Bloomington, Illinois.thank you very much Lauren for the very warm welcome you are an amazing person. My preferred store NuEra in Pekin was closed. I need weed for nausea and other issues. I’m grateful the store was open till 9 and took debit.

The good:

The people were kind.

I’m giving this 2 stars for two major reasons:

No phone. When you call you get the answering machine. It seems they’ve decided against having a phone.

I would like to have called and confirm they take debit cards.

It’s 2023 not 1921. Having no phone is not optional for any business.

Prices: The cheapest half ounce I could find at Cookies was 120 before tax.

At NuEra I get the same amount for 80. It’s 100$ with a 20% store discount

It appears it’s a new store. So I will try to remember to come back to this comment later and change it if they have changed at all.

To do list:

lower prices on 14g bags. If you want my business you’ll need to take 20% off you current prices. NuEra Pekin is the same distance as this store.

get phone

keep the same late hours. Beyond-Hello doesnt take walk ins after 830.

some of the deals are alright but the rewards program at this dispensary is literally insane & excessive - it's $1=1 point (which is the normal part) but then they want you to save up 5k points (aka spend $5000 dollars) for only $90 OFF ONE PURCHASE!! the Beyond/Hello loyalty program gives you $160 off for only 2000 points, just to illustrate how incredibly out of touch the Cookies' program is. genuinely feels like the whole shop is over priced for no reason other than one popular specific strain from one of their partners (a strain you can absolutely buy from other dispensaries for better prices btw) // update: emailed them about the alleged confusion on their loyalty program and never heard back so apparently they didn't want to clear it up THAT bad. just shop at beyond/hello, literally same products for...
