After calling & leaving a message twice, I decided to stop & go inside, hoping I'd get better service. It was very busy, but they were focused more on the drive thru than the people standing inside the store. Stood there for quite awhile before I got help & felt like I was more of a bother. If you call, you also cannot get a human & can only leave a message & hope they will call back. I tried a different CVS since my insurance recommended it & it was slightly better. The other place at least called me back. At least other places treat me like a person. This one just acted like I was a bother since I was trying to figure out the cost of a medicine & not just picking up (They hadn't transferred my prescription like I asked in the message I left.). The CVS app wouldn’t allow me to request a refill until it could be processed by insurance (after a certain number of days since my last refill). Therefore, I requested a refill on the 3rd of February, but that was a Saturday. So the doctor couldn’t be reached until Monday. Doctor provided refill on Tuesday. The pharmacy went to fill it, but realized they didn’t have enough and had to order the medication. By this time I had run out.
