Firehouse Pizza — Restaurant in Bloomington

The pizzas are pretty good. I usually get the alternate sauce instead of the sweet sauce. The Cheeseburger Supreme pizza is one of my favorites. Mustard and pickles are an inspired choice to put on a pizza and they do it very well. *with the non sweet sauce. I haven't tried it with the regular sweet sauce but i'm sure it's also good. Taco, Meat Lovers, and the Honey Badger are also very good. Breadsticks are good as well as the garlic bread but I usually get the garlic cheese bread. Their other appetizers are good too. Order take out pizza and appetizers for my family and I. The employee who took our order informed me that my order would be ready in 30 minutes. After arriving, the place was empty except for a pizza maker, a delivery driver, and a phone handler. After paying, I saw that my order was just sitting on a counter without being under any heat lamps or inside a warmer of some kind. After arriving, I noticed that the majority of the items were very cold. The only thing that was warm or felt freshly baked were the breadsticks. I used their website to place a pick up order. When checking out I used Apple Pay to pay and place the order. When my husband got there they asked him to PAY AGAIN!! Charging us twice. The payment they charged him was more than the order price. When calling to ask for a refund it took a substantial amount of time for them to understand and fix the problem. Will not be going back if they want to steal...
