Not professional approach to the contractor. I purchased 3 rolls of #12 solid for the circuit wiring, but electrical engineer revised the drawings to run #10 THHN. I went back after couple days with the receipt to return #12 wire person at the counter wants to charge me $80.00 restocking fee, almost a price of 1 full roll of #12. I was told if I had an account he wouldn't charge me a restocking fee! I protected and he went back to office, came back and refund me the full amount, being very unhappy! Before I left the store, the counter person warned me - If I buy again the staff from them and don't return same day, he will charge me a restocking fee! I am NOT going back again to the place to do business! They lost a big contract!!! Be aware contractors! Very poor...
