This is by far the worst service I have experienced at any del taco and I empathize with the other negative reviews. I pulled up and ordered a number 3 on the menu and wanted to add two beyond meat hard tacos. The employee on the intercom responded with “ this not Taco Bell “ I responded with “no I have ordered the beyond meat tacos from del taco plenty of times” he replied “oh yes we discontinued the beyond meat two months ago” so I decided to no add anything else to the number 3 order. I also asked for a number 1 a bean burrito and a chicken quesadilla. I proceeded forward to make my payment and was asked “would you like some sauce” I replied yes let me get some ketchup and some of the sauce in the black package” . He gave me my drinks and asked me to pull around in front of the location so they can bring out my order to me. So I agreed. A few minutes later they brought out my order. So I checked my order and sure enough the bean burrito was missing. Along with the sauce and ketchup. I walked in to the location to ask for my burrito and the place was mess the seating area and behind the counter. I finally get home to try to enjoy my dinner after a long day of work my pregnant wife opens her fish tacos and the tortillas were uncooked and the limes had to be from last year. They were brown! So I had to pull out lime and a tortilla from my refrigerator to enjoy my 30 dollar meal. My bean burrito was cold I had to warm that up on my stove top and my hard tacos had a pound of cheese with cold meat. My pregnant wife now feels sick I sure hope it has nothing to do with the restaurant or I will be filling a formal complaint. Not to mention the cold fries along with it. This is not ok many people depend on this being their dinner or the only meal for the day and we get provided with lousy service and the place gladly takes the money from customer which highly unfair. Please provide the public with courteous service and quality meals so we can help you keep the light on...

Visiting this location I was standing for 5 minutes waiting for service and then told by an employee that I have to use the Kiosk. I replied: I have some questions before ordering. Are you Nachos and street tacos Gluten free? The guy responded let me check with the manager. The manager said yes. He then told begin explaining our burritos and soft tacos also gluten free, I asked are those flour tortillas. He responded Yes. I explained then they are not gluten free because they contain wheat. The street tacos are in corn tortillas he stated.
After eating I began belching badly and feeling bloated. About 35 minutes my stomach started feeling weird, I told my fellow co-workers I felt bad, I told them I think the food was not gluten free.
That evening at the hotel my stomach my in waves and I began having diarrhea and feeling like I was going to vomit. This continued through the evening until the next evening. Which I was flying home the next day, needless to say this was a horrible experience. And this held on for 2.5 days.
Please Train you employees and management on what Gluten Allergies are, so they don’t...
Read moreI would like to start off with this del taco is by far the most difficult and disappointing experience that I have encountered by far I had order two strawberry shakes and the number 3 with a small coke and a 8 layer burrito my fries were cold my fish tacos were not prepared right the shake machine was down and they still charged it plus the 8 layer was with meat inside it. I was directed to come the next day so they can help me get a refund for my order as I went back to receive my refund the Manger on sight told me that she could not give me a refund or replacement and she got very rude and call the police on myself and boyfriend saying that we were threatening her and all I wanted was my refund at this point so I spoke with the cops like an adult and still have not received my refund for the items that I said were wrong I'm putting one picture I should have took more because they had refused to give me them back I will never return to another del taco again for this for Alexis the Manger she should know better than to leave her store unattended with employees who can't do the job correctly bad service PERIOD.
