Noa noa bar is your typical dive bar, very outdated in decor and equipment. Its to dark, the lighting is all wrong. I asked for a draft beer, the employee didnt even know what that was. So i settled for a pacifico in bottle which cost $5. I had 1 and left. I wouldnt recommend this...
