Came here to get four new door speakers ,speaker box and speakers installed with 2 Amps got charged for 2 Amps being installed wires hanging down under my truck when I came to pick it up wires hanging down from the devices that were installed. One amp not installed that I discovered once I got home because they gave me the boxes back Went back to see why the amp was not installed. Guy tried to tell me that the amp wouldn’t work in the truck with the speakers that I have guess he have. Yes I was a girl so I wouldn’t know so told him I wanted the money back that was charged to be for the install of the second amp and he gave me a refund of $175. And I asked him if I took it to another custom sound in tint that he’s telling me that it will only cost me $175 to get that second amp installed and he said well you have to ask for a specific person and he’ll do it for you. overall, worst install experience I’ve ever had in my life. I would never refer this company to anybody I know. I paid almost $900 for a job that a monkey would have done better. I get the excuse that the poor job that was done was because the employee had been working seven days a week for weeks on end and he must’ve been burnt out and tired because he normally does a good job. All I have to say about that is shame on you for mistreating your employees. Tyler, you have no business being a store manager you should have made that situation right you should’ve corrected the issue and not tried to make me look like I just didn’t know what I was talking about or that my husband didn’t know what he was talking about. I understand things happen, but 3 different times I had to bring my vehicle back. This last time I came in, myself and another customer were waiting up front while the employees were in the back watching TV. I had to go to the back to get them. Also the 3rd time I picked up my truck I noticed things were missing from my vehicle. Again, I am not saying all locations are bad, but beware of taking your business to this location in Boerne. And yes, I did have some choice words with the manager after I noticed things were missing from my vehicle.
