JUNE 14TH 2025 . I DINED IN PLACE MY ORDER WITH A VERY NICE PERSON NAME EVARISTO N H. AS I WENT TO WASH MY HANDS AND PUT DOWN MY PHONE KEYS AND HAND BAG. I WENT TO GET KETCHUP ETC. I SAW A TALL THIN YOUNG GUY BRING A TRAY TO MY TABLE. I NOTICE A FRENCH FRIE FELL ON THE CHAIR AND HE PICKED IT UP AND PUT IT BACK ON FRIES. I AT HIM AND HE LOOKED AT ME AND SMILED. HE WENT BACK INTO THE KITCHEN. I CAME BACK TO THE TABLE AND I CALLED TELL TO THE CASHER NOEL. TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPEN AND PLEASE BRING ME FRESH FRIES BUT TO LEAVE THIS FIRST ORDER HERE. HE DID GO TO KITCHEN GET FRESH FRIES AND TWO TIMES THAT HE WAS SO SORRY FOR WHAT THE OTHER EMPLOYE DID. I ASK FOR MANAGER. HE GOT THE MANAGER ALYSSA M.G. CAME I TOLD HER. SHE SAID LET HER CHECK ON IT. SHE CAME BACK AND SHE WAS SORRY ABOUT IT AND SHE TALKED TO THE AREA MANAGER JIMMIE NALLS. THEY TOLD HER TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. I TOLD I AM GETTING A TOGO ORDER AS WELL. SHE WE TAKE CARE OF THAT AS WELL. I ORDER A 3 PCS CHICKEN. SHE LEFT TO THE KITCHEN I NOTICE OTHER EMPLOYEES LAUGHING. MANAGER CAME BACK WITH ORDER. SAID AREA MANAGER JIMMIE NALL WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT WITH HAPPEN . CAN THEY CALL YOU SUNDAY OR MONDAY. I SAID SUNDAY AFTER 1PM. AS OF SUNDAY 8:23PM AREA MANAGER HAD NOT CALLED. I THING ABOUT THIS IS HE HAD A TRAY TO PUT THE NASTY FRIE ON NOT BACK ON THE ONES I WAS GOING TO EAT. THIS CAN NOT BE IN THE TRAINING. I PUTTING THIS OUT HERE BECAUSE HE SMILE BACK LIKE THIS IS HOW IT GO'S. AND SUNDAY JUNE 15TEEN WAS ONE OF THE DAYS THAT'S WAS GIVEN TO ME AND WAS THE BEST FOR ME. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A CALL AND NEVER GOT IT. WASTED ADAY WAITING. I THINK NOW IS THIS WHY THE GUY FROM THE KITCHEN SMILED BACK. KNOWING NOTHING WOULD BE DONE. Read moreWorst food I've ever had a bill millers I ordered a ckn poor boy on my lunch break. I get back to work. I've been my sandwich and there's maybe enough meat on there to barely cover. Barely cover part of the button on one of the halfs. The rest was sauce and maybe pieces of skin. I wouldn't feed the sandwich too. My dog for sure. Possibly not even any living creature. Because it Didn't even look like Normal chicken or the right kind of meat. It should be on a sandwich that totaled over $10 with an iced tea. And fries that were so hard, crunchy and old. I could barely chew them and almost choked. The service was very lackluster, the pursuit of the drive through cut me off. Pleaded by sentence sooned. I wanted something that I didn't and rushed me through. Looking back, I should have taken a picture. I didn't have time. Read moreWent through the drive thru and asked for a side of ranch with my meal. They said no problem, charged me $1.00 extra. the Drive through lady said here is your meal WITH side of ranch. Got to my picnic spot and no ranch. I called to let them know my issue and they said i can come back in and they would replace it, and I declined that thrilling invite since they're just opened and a mad house. I asked for a refund of that $1.00 and she transferred me to another person and they said, I can come in and pick up my ranch. I told her it would be far easier on me if she could just refund the dollar, i can give her my order number. She said, they can only do a refund if i come into the store.
