Drink Texas Boerne — Restaurant in Boerne

Not impressed, but not giving up. Dusty/dirty drink rests at the end of the bar by the darts, unpleasant odor, uncomfortable seating, and freezing cold inside. Barebones interior design layout that lacks coziness. The saving grace was the attentive service, although my shot had ice chips in it. A couple 'regulars' were friendly....carried on conversation and thanked us for coming by when we were leaving. Drink prices seemed reasonable in comparison to other Boerne venues. We will probably try again in the future for karaoke, which we had hoped to find on a Friday or Saturday night...

Took my girlfriend there for a beer or 2 friday night, it was pretty slow that night, but we were 1st up to the bar, 3rd to be served, got $12.75 change from a $20 for 2 beers, so they charged $3.62@1/2per 12oz domestic?? Wth??, and then both kinds of beer were "skunky" as hell. We set our 2 nearly full, skunky beers on the bar, and left after telling them why, they clearly didn't care. I guess the Shortstick will be getting MY beer money from now on, zero stars for D.T., but have to give um one to post...

Nice bar, good music and the bartender (amanda I think her name is) was amazingly beautiful and never ignored me or any of the other customers there, even the rude couple next to me that deserved to get kicked out got great service from her despite their rude condescending attitudes tward staff.
