We wanted fresh shrimp to take home and wanted to buy some from a small roadside business than one of the larger seafood markets on the island. We just happened to see a sign for shrimp and decided to pull in. You definitely know this is the “real deal” and not someone claiming it’s locally caught but it’s not (which we’ve run into in the past at other places) when the shrimp boat is docked behind their house which is also their “store.” The owners were adorable and such a delight. Pittman‘s has the best shrimp in on the island. I don’t really think they have store hours you can probably knock on the door anytime and they will sell you shrimp!
