TTHIS PLACE ROCKS, see reviews from everyone else, no pawn shop has this high of a rating and there is a reason because they’re that good. Went to visit Angelo here for a Ladies Rolex Datejust they had for sale. I’ve been a Rolex fan for years but haven’t been able to afford one. In those years of yearning for one I’ve became very familiar with how to spot a fake and verify genuine ones. Since purchasing I’ve personally verified the authenticity of this Rolex by serial number and numerous other markings that are present on all Rolex timepieces. I found this particular watch online and if you’ve ever bought something online, particularly jewelry, you know that it is very easy for a seller to make the item appear much nicer than it is in person. Well, let me say this, when I took a look at the watch when I walked in it was in actuality BETTER than it’s online pictures. They had it professionally polished and cleaned and believe me it showed. Not polished to death which can easily happen(thus eroding the depth of the engravings) but polished perfectly. Their description was 100 percent accurate and Angelo as well as the other staff were exceptionally professional. If you have any doubts of that just see how in a previous review from an ex employee how well the owner handled that situation. Classy way to handle such nastiness big time and especially given that this is his livelihood she’s affecting he still manages to demonstrate professionalism. While shopping here I NEVER felt pressured. Even though I was handling a multiple thousand dollar watch I was not hawked over by Angelo and was given a lot of time to research online about the watch’s authenticity as well as take numerous photographs to send to my wife. All without the slightest pressure from him or whom I believe was the manager. Angelo even went so far to ask another customer if we could borrow their wrist so as to better ascertain how it would look on a woman’s wrist. In addition to outstanding watches they had a truly outstanding collection of diamond and gold jewelry all priced very, very reasonably. I definitely know diamond grading and can assure you that what they is stocked at probably 50% of what big box stores carry in terms of price. This place is a total gem and I’m super glad I found it. Not only did I get my Wife her Rolex in amazing condition but at a price that was far better than reputable online vendors such as crown and caliber and Bob’s in Chicago. Came In here expecting a bit more due to the original price tag. I was utterly rude to Eric at first. I am apologizing here again for my rudeness, these guys understand the hard times at the moment and will work with you, at least Eric helped me out extremely with the deal I got for a loan. I can now pay my copay for my anxiety medicine, I just turned 26 and am off parents insurance freshly. These guys just saved my mental health and I’m extremely appreciative!!!!!!! If I didn’t have my medicine I would lose my job and house and sanity overall. The small loan came in handy. They even call you as a reminder of your loan/pawn near the pick up date. 20$ tax on top of loan but that is affordable (I think it was around 240% interest, with the option of extending the loan by paying another monthly increment of 20$ if needed). I will definitely be recommending Eric as an agent/specialist here for friends and family and the location itself. THEY DID NOT REACT AT ALL TO MY RUDENESS I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH PROFESSIONALISM IN MY LIFE! He calmed me down and reassured me I was getting a fair deal with everything in front of me, even added a little onto the loan so I could be comfortable, again sorry and so appreciative of your services. I will be back with a better attitude no doubt as they had won me over in the end.

Summary aka Too long didn’t read: at the end of the day Eric helped me out, calmed me down, and was willing to negotiate or help/suggest items to hit my loan amount if I needed it, quite the sales specialist with how he handles situations, and I’m in sales as well, great job Eric and once again if you read this I’m sorry for coming at you with my stress and attitude, you did not deserve that at all, I should know better as I’m in sales/real estate and hospitality.

GO HERE, ASK IF ERICS IN, AND SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO HERE WETHER ITS FOR SHOPPING, SELLING OR PAWNING(small loan option).

This location wins over any Naperville pawn shop or gold buyer. I am comparing this to past experiences.
