Ordered online as a carryout. Go in to pick-up 2 pizzas at time said to be ready and was told oh your order still has 15 - 20 min.. oh ok... So I wait and just watched the guy just start making the pizzas. As he's making the pizzas the girl who is cashier/checking people out is also handling food being the pizza dough!!! Literally NO GLOVES/NO WASHING HANDS after touching computer/cash & then using your hands touching food!!!!! UNSANITARY!!!! I ask the girl so what is your rules about that, you guys don't wear gloves or wash hands!!!! She tells me I don't have time to argue with you (just keeps repeating herself), we're busy. So UNSANITARY & DISGUSTING!!! Just imagine on how many say good food at Papa's, while your food more then likely has been mishandled!!! I ask for store manager/GM name & # as she's on phone I guess with whomever and proceeds to the shift manager that they don't have 2 give me that information. As I'm trying to talk to the shift manager there's she (cashier) interrupts while we are talking and says we don't need to talk to you or give u any info! Ok, cool. Learn some manners young girl! I will never order here again. I ordered a cheese, sausage, bacon, and bellpepper pizza online. When It arrived to my home, it was not what I ordered. It was a cheese pizza only. When I took the pizza back to the store, an informed them that the pizza I received was not the pizza I ordered. The store employee seem unconcerned, and told me that they could not change the order due to I ordered the pizza online. There was no apology for the mix up. When did shops start making pizzas without gloves on? Do all pizza shops make pizzas without gloves? Placed an order online and received an email the order was ready. Arrived only to learn that one of the pizzas were given to another customer. Had to wait until the pizza was remade. The person remaking the pizza did not have any gloves on. I ordered The Works pizza and watching the person remake the pizza with their hands and no gloves was distasteful.
