I’m DONE giving them chances. Even after I didn’t receive something I paid for, which came with a pedicure, I gave them another shot even though it happened TWICE. I even gave them another shot after I was told I could come in for a pedicure on new years eve, but got turned around because they wanted to close early. Now of course somebody else wanted to act unprofessional. This time, I was asked to leave the nail salon EVEN THOUGH my toes weren’t dry all the way. The ground was wet outside, so I had to actually walk in those thin sandals they give you after a pedicure, with nasty water from the ground splashing all in my sandals, smh. It wasn’t my fault that I stayed pass closing time. I made sure I asked the lady who did my pedicure if she had enough time to do the one I wanted, she said yes. I asked multiple times to make sure, and she insisted it was okay. So please tell me why I had to leave before my toes could dry? This was the bald headed man who co-manages the nail salon with a woman. He was so rude and arrogant. He might be the king of the castle at home, but at the nail salon, he needs to put that little attitude to the side when us customers are the ones who keep the business running! I’m NEVER going back there again. I’m not tolerating unnecessary disrespect. It’s nice and everything, but there’s no way I’m spending my hard earned money in a place where there’s alot of disrespect. That girl with the long half blond and half black hair, was looking at me stupid while the manager was ACTING stupid. She’s also one of the people who cheated me out of the massage that came with the pedicure, and got a little attitude because she couldn’t file my nails correctly. Warner Robins has alot of nail salons, so...
Read moreThis place is very nice as far as environment and cleanliness. The service as I observed was great, guy at the front greeted everyone in and out. I'm pretty sure I got the newest tech for my French tip pedicure which was very basic!!! Not worth $35! Definitely disappointed. She massaged my feet well n that's about it, no clipping dead skin around my toes (I have bad ingrowns). She asked if I wanted a thick or thin line for French tip in which I stated medium. My line is so thin barely looks like I got a pedicure, very basic, She asked for help on my big toe and re did it twice so I didn't want to wait any longer to make it better. My hand nail tech was very friendly and helped her paint my toes. She also did my nails ok, I don't like that there was dead skin around my nails when I left and again I was so disappointed and ready to go I didn't want her to fix it because I was ready to go. However again the service was good, I'd give them another try but definitely a different technician not worth $80 at all! I'm not pleased and ready for a polish change and re do already. There is also water and coffee for free and wine...
Read moreUsed to be my go to place when I needed to get my nails done. But went within the last week, and had a pedicure where the cuticle was cut too low and would not stop bleeding. Instead of putting pressure on it or anything common sense, the lady decided to glue it all together with nail glue. It didn’t work. After 20 minutes, the owner was notified by ANOTHER nail tech and came out. They apologized and tried to rectify the situation. The nail tech working with me kept telling the owners that it was a small cut and she didn’t do anything wrong vehemently. She also did not apologize until asked to. This isn’t a bad review because of the situation, rather how the situation was handled. When there is an open cut, putting nail glue on top and trying to wipe it off is an infection risk and risk of chemical interaction. With a GEL manicure and acrylic take off, that was done by someone else, the total still came out to $175 despite a reduction of $15 per the owner. This place has become too expensive for a sub...
