White Diamond Grill — Restaurant in Georgia

Just attempted to place an order over the phone and had one of the rudest experiences from a restaurant I’ve ever had. I’m not one to ever leave a bad review but this was worth noting. First the lady got an attitude saying I was going in and out and she couldn’t hear me so I spoke up clearly. I was then trying to ask details about menu items and she said “a hot dog is a hot dog I don’t know how else to explain it to you” in the most rude tone I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I let that pass and continued to place my order still trying to be nice. She then cut me off and again in a very condescending tone says “can you just hold on a minute while I check out this other person”. At that point I just hung up. Not worth dealing with such a nasty person. We’ve been multiple times and never really had a bad experience in person but I can guarantee I won’t ever attempt to place an order for pickup again over the phone if we ever return. I know not everyone can have the customer service of chick-fil-a, but there’s zero reason to be SO extremely rude to customers...

The food was down home no preservatives Burgers hand made fresh not frozen Brunswick stew real Brunswick stew not frozen made fresh no pork real original Brunswick stew I'm a critical person when it comes to food but their food is so awesome I didn't have one bad decision about it awesome great tasting best service I've had in a long time down home people couldn't ask for better waiter couldn't ask for better service or food excellent five Star all The way. So if you're ever in Bonaire Georgia that's one place you got to go this place was built in the '60s excuse me in the forties and that tells you a lot and luckily the cook is still there the same one that originally started so if you want a history lesson ask her how long and who was eating in the front doors and who was coming through the back. That food is so fresh they get their food on Tuesdays and it's going mostly by Saturday so if you going to eat there eat by Wednesday or Thursday in order to have everything or you'll be missing out because...

We hadn’t eaten here since probably 2015 timeframe. Thought we’d give it another shot, since it wasn’t good then either. Showed up to a sign saying dining room was closed, so I placed a to-go order. Ordered 2 adult entrees with sides and 2 kids cheeseburger meals with fries. Was told they didn’t have any fries because they turned the fryer off. Got our food and paid and was charged for adult cheeseburgers and I then asked why. They said “oh, we’re out of those.” Okay, cool whatever, but maybe tell the customer that when they order. Get home with the food to find the driest mustard-based pork sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The consistency and texture is that of a dry tuna sandwich, as another reviewer previously mentioned. I couldn’t agree with them more. It’s like compacted pork sawdust. If you want a good bbq sandwich, steer clear of this place. Oh, the baked beans were...
