Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

FIRST OF ALL! As soon as I walked in to this particular subway, I get looks from the employees and looks from the customers that’s are eating. Me and my father were very hungry and I wanted a sandwich and we wanted a salad. He went first and asked for a salad, this girl who were working had a disrespectful attitude and was very rude. She slammed the salad tray on the table and asked to please order like she was in a rush, my father asked if she was “ok” and she said “yes” he asked again and she said” she had a lot on her mind and she was very irritated” . My father didn’t care if she had issues, YOU DON’T BRING YOUR ISSUES INTO WORK! Then my father said that’s I could go order because he was done being disrespected, After he walked off she said” what would you like to order” to me, I asked for a very simple sandwich and after I said a ciabatta she rolled her eyes and got the sandwich. My father saw the whole thing and immediately told me to leave and not get anything from this store and leave. But what made it even worse is that when he went back in to ask the second worker for the address, he was trying to defend stupidness that his co-worker was giving. As being a brown person my father felt prejudice in this store and will never go here ever again. I wish I could give a 0 star review just cause of that 2...

My son and I stopped by this location yesterday and the young man waiting on us, still just a teen I believe, was obviously new. We realized this immediately and had no problem with being patient and allowing him to take his time as we could tell he was still becoming familiar with the menu and making sandwiches. The manager on duty was not as kind. She belittled and berated him, only making him more anxious. You could tell it was really bothering him, but he remained quiet and respectful. I felt sorry for him. When he asked my son what he would like on his sandwich, she talked OVER my son as he was trying to respond and said, “It tells you right there what goes on it!” and slapped the back of the counter. So unprofessional, not to mention that most people don’t want it made exactly how it comes anyway. Thinking she had asked him something at one point, my son asked her what she said, and she very rudely replied, “I was not talking to YOU. I was talking to HIM” (the young male employee). Normally I would have said something to her, but I was afraid it would only cause more problems for the young man who already has the misfortune of working with such a bitter, angry person. I won’t be back. Anyone who speaks to their employees the way she did, especially in front of customers is not someone I want...

UNACCEPTABLE. There's always a sign on the doors with an excuse. This time, "Sorry out of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, meatballs, shredded cheese, bacon and steak". Really?? Just shut the doors. No excuse for this. This location is less than 300 yards from a Publix grocery store. Lettuce, onions and tomatoes could have been easily bought from there to make up for shortcomings. So, I'm starving and pressed for time. I place my order like an idiot. The young lady tells me they're out out white American cheese 👀. Ok... I look at the toppings. They're all frozen and look dead. I ask my WTH is going on here? This location is horrible. I placed an order just for awareness purposes only. They're even out of plastic bags to put sandwiches in. I was giving a 13 gallon clear trash bag for a foot long sub sandwich (exaggerating)🤣. This is ridiculous. American food chains are declining because of shortcuts and poor...
