I entrusted Busy Beas Boutique with 10 shirts to be monogrammed, and I even provided my son’s name in writing to avoid any errors. Unfortunately, three shirts were returned with his name spelled incorrectly. While I was initially understanding because mistakes do happen, the owner, Ms. Traniceirs Beaner, assured me the shirts would be replaced.
What should have been a simple correction turned into nearly a month of repeated delays, inconsistent updates, and poor communication. I had to reach out multiple times, often with little to no response. Each time I was given a new explanation or deadline, none of which were honored. On one occasion, after being told the shirts were ready, I arrived to find only one unrelated shirt prepared while the corrected items were still incomplete.
After four weeks, I finally received the shirts, but only after insisting on them that same day. The work appeared rushed, and throughout the entire process, I never received a genuine apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
This experience was both frustrating and unprofessional. Despite my patience and willingness to allow time for corrections, the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Busy...

I tried to resolve the issue privately, including offering a compromise, but was met with excuses and delays — including being told a refund wasn’t possible through Square (which turned out to be false).
After making a public post, I was finally told a refund was submitted — I don’t believe the product I ordered was ever completed, as I was never shown any proof after multiple requests, including a cancelled FaceTime call.
