This place is awesome! They don't care if you're white and don't know anything about cooking or spices. The people here are so helpful!

The prices are a tad more expensive than like Walmart or Super 1 but the quality, variety, and freshness of what you get here is also VASTLY superior to what a typical grocery store has. It's a small specialty grocery store and it's owned by humans who live in the same area you do. It takes a lot of planning and effort for them to offer the authentic food, fresh produce, superior cuts of meat, amazing baked goods, and all the other products they carry.

Incredible little places like this can help you really improve your cooking if you're a little patient and keep trying new things. Anyway, it's far better to support small businesses like this instead of continuing to pour money into the pockets of billionaires and shareholders who wouldn't bother to speeee water on any of us if we were on fire. I can get delicious food, broaden my cooking horizons, build community, and stick it to the Waltons all in one stop? Heck...

The food is wildly delicious and very well priced - the tortillas for the tacos tastes freshly made and they do not skimp on portions. It probably helps that they are the butcher for the meat. Omg! I'm from California and I've been pressed to find authentic Hispanic food! Finally, I found the best. Although, it depends on the time of day. When I went at lunch, the tacos were perfect. Today the used the stew meat to make my Asada tacos. I prefer the meat cooked on the grill. There customer service is awesome; one time they only gave me 2 of the 4 tacos I ordered, I called and they told me they would refund my money. I wasn't able to go back for 2 days, but they remembered and not only gave me 2 more tacos, but a nice bowl of fresh...
