Tried calling several times with phone being busy. Name was misspelled on cookie cake. When asked how to rectify, I was left on hold over 3 minutes once and over a minutes the 2nd time. Only to get back on the phone and say they would change the name but that's all they could do. When she checked the ticket, my daughter's name was misspelled on the ticket. They misspelled "Riley." I rarely write a review. I have supported this small business many times since moving back to Bossier 2 years ago. Unfortunately my experience today will cause me not to return. I have never been made to feel so unwelcome, rushed, and uncomfortable as I was today, from the second I walked in the experience was negative. We came in on a Monday so I’m guessing they gave us old cookies from Saturday since they’re closed on Sunday’s. The cookies were so dry & nasty & literally crumbling apart.
