Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Bossier City

My first experience was good. It was busy and there’s a lot going on in there. To the left side closest to the kitchen is the marble slab section. It doesn’t have as many toppings or flavors as cold stone creamery, but it’s just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. The middle section is the pretzel maker. And then the far right closest to the door is great American cookies. I did not buy any pretzel products but I did buy a cookie slice and it was great. I ordered three ice cream cones and one cup and they were all great. The reason I did not give five stars is because the ice cream melted immediately. As in melting while on the frozen slab. So maybe it was too hot behind the counter? I am not exactly sure why it melted before we got it. And I’m not sure if they are unable to see that the order was supposed to be a cone, but all of the ice creams were put in a cup before I reminded them that three were supposed to be in a cone. So maybe there’s not an option or it doesn’t print out correctly on the receipt on their side of the counter. So very minor things that can be fixed. Other than that, everything was great. It was my first time visiting Marble Slab Creamery! I was excited that they offered lactose free sherbet so that I could enjoy a treat with my Grandchildren and CoWorkers! The staff were friendly and attentive. The establishment was clean...
