Shane’s Seafood To Geaux — Restaurant in Bossier City

We arrived and placed our oder. We ordered 2x 3lb crawfish special 4 corn and 4 potatoes. There were 6 people in our party. They all got their food and was done and we still didn’t get ours. Granted they were there before us Not by much maybe 5 minutes. There was a couple that ordered about 10 minutes after we did they got their food before we did. They ordered the crawfish also. They were almost done and we still hadn’t gotten ours. My husband went to ask for a refund and was told they didn’t give refunds on crawfish. We asked to speak to the manger and they didn’t come out to talk to us. I asked them why the couple behind us got their order before us and several others were served that also came after us.They said because they ordered corn and potatoes. I informed them that we ordered corn and potatoes. No answer after that. There are no signs posted anywhere that states that there are no refunds on crawfish. My husband asked for the mangers phone # if they were not there, the young lady went to the back then came back and said she couldn’t give us the phone #. She asked for ours and the manger would call us. It has been over 45 minutes and still no call from the manger.

Y'all I called ahead to Shane's Seafood To Geaux, I asked if they served hamburgers. She so politely said yes Ma'am we do. You can select your bread, they have white,wheat or jalapeño. I selected jalapeño. Then Y'all you get to select your cheese:American,cheddar or pepper jack. Wait y'all,then you get to select the size patty you want. I went with 1/3 pound burger. When I tell y'all this was the best burger I have had since I have moved here. So I decided to try it again today ( one week later) and y'all it is still the best burger in town. I forgot to tell Y'all that you can select your side too... tonight I selected the fried okra. Everything was great ask for Brittany and tell her that Lucinda sent you. Sorry if I spelled your name wrong Brittany. Y'ALL THIS IS NOT A PAID ADVERTISEMENT...I HAD TO GIVE THEM...

I was really expecting WAY more food for $44; first I thought that the crawfish basket was just normal crawfish (maybe I didn’t read something?) and I don’t think they even had the option for normal crawfish despite it being in season…the crawfish I got were very small battered meat of the crawfish and they were very good but I just wish id gotten more. Most of the meal were mid fries; a little too salty. Then I’d gotten corn that was very spicy and there were only two hush puppies. I’d also gotten a side of potato salad and beans but I’m just not the biggest fan of the beans and potato salad I guess.What sucks though is I never got my drink but still had to pay almost four dollars for it. I was worried reading some reviews but there wasn’t many options on a Sunday and I’ve been...
