Asian Cafe — Restaurant in Bossier City

We were an every week customer until tonight. The service was so bad and my family and I were felt very disrespected being such loyal customers. They forget an order and blamed it on us then called back 20 minutes later to only try and explain how I was confused on what I ordered in the first place. We order the same thing every week so I know what it cost and on top of that were did the customer is always right go? They lost our business for sure. After living in Bossier City for some time I found Asian Cafe through an online search. It is without a doubt and hands down the best Chinese food I have eaten not only in Bossier City but in the State of Louisiana. It is impeccably clean, fast highly competent service, reasonable prices. The Egg Foo Yung was totally off the chain, and my wife although she prefers the simpler dishes absolutely fell in love with the Chicken Fired Rice. 1/16/19, first time ordering from this establishment. I initially called for a delivery order. They do not deliver, but you can order through doordash or Waitr. I placed my order and before I knew it, it was delivered by a nice young man through Waitr. The food and service was exceptional, better than I expected, hot and fresh as it should be, every time. I ordered Crab Rangoons, Spring Vegetable Rolls, Vegetable Lo Mein, Steamed Chicken & Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables. We enjoyed every bite....
