Ivey's Building Materials Center — Local services in Bossier City

I recently visited Ivey's and I have to say, it was a pretty solid experience. Right from the start, I was greeted with a friendly smile from an employe named Ronny, which immediately set a welcoming tone. Ronny seemed knowledgeable and eager to help with my questions about different types of wood for my DIY project.

The selection was quite impressive. They had everything and the prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality. I appreciated that they had some smaller pieces available as well, perfect for smaller projects or just trying out some ideas without breaking the bank.

What really stood out to me was how organized the store was. I could easily find what I needed without wandering around aimlessly. Plus, he didn’t hesitate to offer advice on which could be the best fit for my project, which I found really helpful.

For the most part, Ivey's is a well put together operation of wonderful people. I would have personally opted to give 5 stars, but I have to be brutally honest for the sake of other potential homeowners, builders, buyers and etc... who's financial outcome is tied indirectly or directly to their product delivery and scheduling output. I could only blame the Pandemic just a small bit, but the domino effect has taken its course waiting on these windows. I just fail to understand how information and accurate tracking can not be obtained in this time and age. I have a HUGE following for REVIEWS on GOOGLE, so don't take the review wrong. Ivey's is a great company, but there's room for accurate dissemination of information to the customer. Just check your options and do your due process for research when it comes to take-off reports and ordering materials, and expecting it in a timely fashion.
