This business has a great hat selection, mostly Australian, or at least Australian inspired. I think; but, I'm not sure, that they serve as Akubra's American representative. They provide excellent customer service. I recently purchased a hat there (an Akubra Cattleman) they took the time to adjust the sizing, and the blocking to ensure an excellent fit. They also took the time to help me install a chin strap to keep the hat from blowing off. Ordering a hat online is challenging. David Morgan made the experience a pleasure. My original order came quickly and was a beautiful hat. Unfortunately the size I chose was too large. I called the store and an associate spent almost a half hour discussing sizing, and the return process with me. I recently learned about this location and went there yesterday. It is a local store in my neighborhood, so I lucked out.

I really liked the store and the lady who helped me size and purchase two hats. It was a nice showroom and provides an overview of their entire catalog.

I encourage anyone to go there.
